The Teacher Development Tracker is provided by Cambridge English Language Assessment as a tool to help teachers place themselves on the Cambridge English Teaching Framework.

As the profiles generated by the Tracker are the result of a teacher’s own self-assessment, Cambridge English cannot verify the accuracy of the profile.

We recommend that Tracker profiles are used as the basis for a discussion between teachers and their managers. Following these discussions, teachers can adjust their profile and undertake development activities.
